Hey! I’m Steph. I was diagnosed with PCOS at a young age and spent years feeling frustrated, confused, and unheard. Doctors told me everything was “normal,” yet my symptoms kept getting worse. That experience pushed me to look deeper and understand how hormones, nutrition, training, stress, and metabolism all work together.
Over time, that search turned into a passion for hormone balance and optimization, not just for PCOS, but for any woman who feels stuck in her body.
